Not so bad
Apartment came furnished so it was an easy move. I haven't had a major issues living here. They respond to service issues. At some point, they did fire drills that wasn't properly communicated so that was pretty annoying. Otherwise, I think it's a good deal for a furnished apartment that is a 10 min walk to school. The house was originally meant for 4 individual (2 in
each room) so it's quite spacious. There is street parking available. You have to pay monthly for parking spot in the garage (about $120 i think)
