Management is horrible. They were super rude all year. The apartment also has a lot of bugs. Towing company patrols the parking lot everyday after 5pm and towed my car from my own parking spot at 11pm at night. It was a complete pain. They did end up refunding me a week later after the apartment complex called, but I was not the only one that happened to. I had to have my father who is an attorney contact the apartment complex because they wouldn't help me, which is typical of my experience with them. They will not take the actual residents seriously.
