Central Eastside location
Fantastic location on East 6th. In the middle of tons of great restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, bars, breweries, etc. Walking distance to Target, Whole Foods, Post Office, salons/barbers, and many other stores and services. If you like the east side this is the place for you. Most residents seem to be younger (Mid 20's - Mid 30's) professionals and creatives.
Apartments are fairly new, finished in 2019, and have very nice finishings (granite/quartz shower and countertops, stainless steel appliances, Nest thermostat, etc). Small but well appointed communal areas, conference room/business center and soaking pool, gym is across the street in the Arnold. The building is pretty small so the areas are big enough and never crowded.
Biggest complaint is thin walls. Footsteps from apartment above are very loud and the neighbors on one side who like to party at 3 AM can be heard pretty loudly from the bedroom.
