Would recommend this house
Big common spaces, nice appliances, good-sized bedrooms, a basement and attic for storage, very close walk to school, and a fairly responsive rental company all make this a good property.

It's been good overall. The landlords can be slow to fix things sometimes but they're generally pretty responsive. It's an old house, though, so there are a lot of maintenance issues.
