Good location, but...
The location is great. It is close to the Capitol Square and right across the street from James Madison Park. However, the units are out-dated and the elevator probably violates various safety / building ordinances. The management company (CHT) does not communicate necessary information to tenants, such as when they are turning the water off in the building or when they are going to increase the price of laundry machines. Management also entered my unit without my permission / without notice to take pictures of my room to post on their website.

If you're trying to live alone and don't want to spend over $1000, this is a great option. Right by a bus stop that takes you to Grainger and all over campus. Near the square. Rent is relatively cheap.
Downside: looks a little bit run down on the inside but everything is in working order.
