Good Place for the Price
The apt is a 4-min walk to Ross and close to lots of bars/restaurants. The neighborhood is great, but we are surrounded by undergrads. Our building can get pretty loud on the weekends and common areas (stairwell, lobby) can get messy but management cleans it all up by Monday morning. The apt has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer/dryer but the walls are pretty thin. We got a great deal on the lease but don't think the place is worth the full-value price.

Many undergrads in the building make it an unappealing property. Frequent fire alarms, lots of trash in the building, and damage inflicted by other residents. Units provide ample space, but the windows are poorly constructed. Very close to Ross, which is a strong advantage.
