They will rip you off and don’t care about your needs

Varsity is the worst. We went without a fridge for two weeks, the ceiling in the main Hallway dripped for months. Laundry barely works. Windows aren’t insulated so if I pull the blinds I feel a breeze. The staff at the office don’t care about their tenants and are incredibly rude and will overcharge you for everything. Awful experience. So not lease from them.

good house with loft

the apartment is good but there are some unde graduate living around. This makes it noisy.
