Great value for great space

The building is definitely no frills and not updated, but things run smoothly in terms of trash, laundry working, driveway plowed, heat working, etc. I have truly had no issues and Lisa is lovely to deal with. The biggest plus is that it is SO close to campus with SUCH good space (a big, true 1bd) for what is to me an unbeatable price. Doesn't have the charm of a house, but also means that it doesn't have the downsides either in terms of unfortunate quirks. Everyone in the building is quiet and respectful (I think mostly/all grad students). And my apartment was a wonderful blank canvas that was easy to make my own and feel so homey. But seriously, the space is INSANE for the price, especially given the location. Caveat - my unit has updated floors and a front corner porch, which makes it super bright and new feeling. Can't say the same for all the units in the building!
