Recommended!

Safe and secure apartment building with very responsive management. I faced some issues with my roommate last semester, but was able to move into another unit within the same apartment complex. The unit is not very spacious, but it works just fine for me. There are two bus stops nearby, grocery store, and it is just one stop away from Downtown (5 mins drive). There's also a gym and pool on-site. It is mostly peaceful and quiet apart from occasional train sounds (they don't seem to bother you after a while). I would also not prefer to walk outside when it is dark, but have personally not faced any safety issues as of yet.

Great value with a few caveats

Management is great. Apartments are new but small. You have in-unit laundry, pool, gym, etc. Location is not the safest, but really close and central to downtown/Midtown areas. You can hear the train pretty loudly/regularly.
