Good for the money
Living in an free-standing home...not the greatest of quality, but for the money me and my roommates pay it is worth it. Especially since you won't be spending THAT much time at the place with the busy on-the-go schedule of an MBA (even in COVID times).

Great location, cheap but a little run down

339 is a great place! It's only 4ish blocks from Ross (8 minute walk), meaning I can pop back and forth between classes if I need to. Additionally, rent is VERY affordable. Bedrooms are different sizes, so they range from $450-1250, but a median of $800. Compared to 618 or the Yard, this is great! Additionally, we have a full house to ourselves! We love the kitchen, dining area, and the independence of our own place. Granted, this comes with weaknesses. The place is old and it shows occasionally. The place want build probably around the 1940's. Appliances and fixtures aren't top of the line and you can feel some drafts during cold days (which in Ann Arbor are often). Overall, great place; great value.

Live in an individual house that has its quirks (not as modern as the Yard/618) but is still good.
