Kingsley Duplex

Great location, clean house with updated appliances. Comfortable, affordable rent. Gave 9/10 because having 1 bathroom with 3 bedrooms and no half bathroom isn't totally ideal and there are not 3 parking spots available. However, there is ample street parking that is for the most part straightforward. Have a nice, large yard with a BBQ and picnic table.
