Nothing fancy but cozy

The apartment has been great and Metro Property has been really responsive when anything has come up. There’s nothing fancy but workable hardwood floors and plenty of storage space.

1105 East U

Nice apartment, a bit old, extremely convenient to Ross, noisy on game days (large undergrad house across the street and to the left). Overall, fair price for AA and responsive management co.
