One of the best places to live if you go to Ross. If you're okay with living with 5 other people, this place is the best value in Ann Arbor. 10 minute walk to Ross, 10 minute walk to downtown, and the building owner (Bob Miller) is highly responsive and helpful. Would recommend to all MBA's looking to make the most of their time in A2.

The 132 Hill St townhouse is a great place to live if you'd like roommates. Each floor has two bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The rooms are spacious so you feel like you have your own area, but there's also plenty of common room for hosting.

Hill Street is a great mix of being near the Yard / 132 / Brown Street MBA communities, while having individual space. Great mix of social and quiet neighborhood - best landlord I've had in my life.

Hill St Townhouses are genuinely the best place to live at Ross! The homes are brand-new (we were the first to live in them), come fully furnished, and have ample room for 6 roommates. Our landlord is incredibly responsive and very nice. The houses are centrally located relative to other MBA students, a 12-minute walk to Ross, and are known for fostering a sense of community among the other MBA residents on the street.

This was the perfect setup for MBA students who wanted to live with multiple other people. Everyone gets their own room and shares one bathroom with another person. The living room has enough space to accommodate all of us at once. The landlord, Bob, is also a gem. Highly recommend 132 Hill St for students who want to live in a group setting. Very walkable to most of UM campus.

132 Hill St is a new build, and we are the first tenants to live in the building. The place is fully furnished with decent furniture, and the appliances are all in good shape. Plus, you are paying much less than you would be at the Yard or 618, so the value is definitely there.

Lastly, if you want to be social in a central location, this is a great place to be. The units are all a part of the same building, and we are located directly across the street from several other MBA's and around the corner from the Yard/618. We are about a 10 minute walk to Ross

Living on/around hill street has been a great way to stay social while quarantining, and the 132 complex has a great amount of comradery.
