Spacious older home
Lots of space for a reasonable price. The landlord was amiable, but the property is a little older and it can take a while to get things fixed. Easy walk to campus, quiet neighborhood, only one other unit in the house.

Good Deal, Lots of Space
The apartment is one of two units in the house. Full hardwood floors throughout make it easy to keep clean. Two bedrooms are small, but the price is great. Washer and dryer in the basement are convenient, although the basement is quite dirty typically. A little far from campus, so be ready to uber on rainy or super cold days.

Nice home in a quiet location, close to campus
The home is a two-unit home, and the two-bedroom unit is on the ground floor. There is a washer/dryer in the basement, and a nice front porch. The home is 0.8 miles from Ross, and is in a more residential neighborhood. The landlord is great - very responsive and flexible! The apartment itself is older, but has a nice living space. It does, however, have limited closet space. There is a basement available for some storage. I also have a cat; the landlord has no problem with animals.
