Not my cup of tea
Only one room is big enough for a double bed and the shower is tiny. The kitchen appliances are all really old and the oven barely works. If you like cooking at all this place is not for you. If you plan to study in your room this place is not for you. If you want to have any friends over ever this place is not for you. If you only care about cheap rent and being within 12 minute walk of Ross then maybe you'll be fine.
