Cozy apartment, great mgt company
I absolutely love this apartment!! It is the best place I've lived in Ann Arbor and the most responsive company. They fix everything very quickly without hassle. The apartment is a two story duplex which makes it feel spacious and like a real home. It also gets a TON of sun which makes it feel airy and bright. Note that during "normal times" it's probably really loud because it's in an undergraddy area. But during covid it's been pretty quiet/manageable.

Small, but doable for 2 years
It's cute and nice floors, but can be a little tight. Still, for proximity and price, it's a good deal!
