Lincoln Park: less $ more :)
Great unit of 2 unit home in lincoln park with fenced in backyard and accessible street permit parking. Great value of space for cost, very safe neighborhood with green space and restaurants. Older home with high heat costs in winter but otherwise good value for electricity and gas.

Lincoln Park: less $ more :)
We chose to live in Lincoln Park where we have more space, a backyard, can park on the street, and enjoy some space from the hospital. We commute via bike or red line and enjoy it!

Highly recommend Lincoln Park!!
Lincoln Park is a fun neighborhood with many parks, cafes, etc, an easy commute to the hospitals via bike or red line, and much cheaper than downtown. Many 3-flat buildings such as ours have fenced front/back yards that are great for pets.
