Decent

Kind of pricey but the apartment is newly renovated. You can tell its an older building but they slapped a coat of paint on it and redid the counter tops. The sound proofing is good on the sides but you can kind of hear the upstairs and neighbor a bit. Apartments are a decent size and the area is good if you own a dog. Not very handicap accessible though.
