feels like a student apartment
the floors creak, the faucets leak, the heat and AC are hard to control, the kitchen is a total joke, the furniture is terrible - it only comes with a controller for one burner, which is tiny and underpowered, there's a huge refrigerator under the sink that doesn't work and isn't going to get fixed.
The windows look directly onto heavily trafficked areas and come with blinds that don't work well. The space is awkward. BUT
It's a short and pleasant walk to school, the bathroom is surprisingly nice, Lexington just got renovated , and above all this place is cheaper than anywhere else my partner and I have found that's anywhere near the school.
