Vintage building with great service but rodent problem

Vintage building with great service
I have lived at this location for the past year and a half and do not have any complaints about the living conditions. Management is very responsive. I have mostly had minor issues, all of which have been addressed promptly. The building is old and you certainly won't be getting a luxury experience. But it is very cozy and centrally located. I love living here.
A major con is that it does not have an elevator.
