Great amenities and location with not-so-great management
The apartment complex is only a few years old, located in booming Greenpoint with stunning views of Manhattan and a NYC ferry pier right outside. The staff working in the building is by and large great, very helpful and personable. Amenities are great as well; include a large gym, basketball court, co-working lounge, common areas with pool tables, ping-pong and other entertainment, outdoor spaces with grills and sunbeds, and a kids play room. Unfortunately, the building's management is difficult to work with and incompetent. They are communicating issues and disruptions poorly, are hard to reach, and are generally unable to resolve ongoing issues (such as frequent elevator outages, hot water issues, window cleaning, which are persistent ever since I moved in 3 years ago). Also, as there're multiple construction sights around the building, there is frequent noise and vibration for the time being.

Great amenities with not-so-great management
The apartment complex is a relatively new, beautiful tower complex in Greenpoint, right by the East River and the Greenpoint NYC Ferry Stop. With Greenpoint being an up-and-coming neighborhood, and with Williamsburg being just a short walk away, this is a great location. The building itself has a nice design and amazing facilities, which include large lounges, party rooms, coworking area, gym, basketball court, some games (billard, air hockey, shuffle board, etc.), and an outdoor sundeck and a deck with grills and tables. However, Mack has been a terrible manager of the building; they are extremely unresponsive, make irrational decisions, communicate with the community poorly, and are not the best for the staff either (there has been a lot of job insecurity and staff turnover recently.)
