Chelsmore Apartments

The units are quite small and the building is dated however for the price and the safety of the neighborhood, it's worth the rent. The property is very close to the 1, 2, and 3 subway lines as well as bus stops. There are various restaurants along 80th to Columbia University (116th) and the various grocery stores. The management can be quite slow in response, especially when there are building maintenance and the sort.
