2815 Euclid Heights Blvd #8
Apartment is in basement and was not as advertised when I signed the lease (I had to sign it unseen, due to moving cross country). Apartment is in an old building and it shows, with poor paint, issues with where wall meets floors, and no thermostat. It is very warm in winter and very hot in summer, as no temperature control is present- the boiler is on all winter and there is no A/C for my unit in the summer. It is close to campus (a 5 minute drive) and next to a shuttle stop, which is a plus. Very close to many restaurants, shops, and bars. Other reason for choosing it is that I have a large dog, and almost every apartment company in Cleveland Heights does not allow large pets- Integrity does. The management company is fine and the other units they have are nice as they are remodeling some in between tenants- I just have an old unit.

I think it's a great place to live - very spacious and newly renovated kitchen + washer/dryer in unit. We are definitely paying a little higher than other students for the location in Coventry and big space, wood floors, redone kitchen, etc. I wouldn't change it though.
