Sunset Club Apartments
It is close to the Metro which is great and close to the grove and gables. Apartments are average-one bedroom does not have central A/C (two bedrooms will have central A/C). The problem is that they want to start charging $2000+ for a two bedroom and the apartments are not new. Close to police station so it is safe
