Humboldt Park 2Bed Apartment
Aside from maintenance requests being a little slow, I like my landlord a lot. The property was recently renovated, so appliances/flooring/lighting are all in great condition. The building itself is very old, but I love living in a vintage brick building with modern conveniences like central air/heat, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher. Not all vintage apartments in Chicago have those for a decent price. There's also a sizeable locked storage unit in the basement, as well as a bike rack.
