Great home while in graduate school
The building is great inside and out. The property manager and maintenance team are pretty responsive except when there are leaks in the house. The shared wall with my neighbor is excruciatingly thin and can hear muted conversations but the general building is very quiet.

Wicker neighborhood
Love it. Lots of natural light. Not living in one of the medical student heavy apartment buildings near campus gives it more of a neighborhood-y vibe and brings a lot of balance into my life (though is a touch less convenient for getting to campus). Beautiful hardwood flooring and large bedrooms.
