Good bang for your buck!
Being that the apartment complex is located right on campus and only 2 blocks from the law school, the price of this 1 bed 1 bath apartment is the cheapest you'd be able to find. The building has no amenities, but the ability to walk to class, work, and other on-campus activities, is priceless.

Love it here!
Hampton House is awesome! It’s a small 4 story building with probably 10-12 units per floor! All the units are 1 bed 1 bath. The end units have a balcony ($1200/month) and all other units are $1100/month. It is a 5 minute walk to the law school and super convenient to every thing! I walk to school most days and parking is included in your rent (everyone has an assigned spot on the lot). Internet and water are included in rent, so you just have to pay for electric each month! I highly recommend living here if you want to live near campus or even if you don’t have a car!
