A nice apartment, but not a great overall experience

My apartment is new, nice, and gorgeous. The area isn't great. The laundry situation is criminal. Studios do not have inunit and have a shared laundry with three wash/dry units that do not work half the time. The smell of pot wafts into my apartment constantly. People are always wandering without masks. Management is unhelpful. We had break ins and car windows broken out.
