Location

It is an old building, however well-managed. The location is very good in terms of proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and public transportation.
The public transportation is metrobus, which is not reliable as metro and in case of bad weather and/or any traffic issues, the bus is usually not on time and it takes longer to get to the university.
