Property is nice, but management is unbearable

Property managers are not on the property and are slow to respond. The owner of the building is reluctant to put any more money into the property for repairs. However, the property is really nice and brand new.

The location is perfect for a law student. The apartments are clean, and very homey!

Good location for good price. Brand new appliances and units. Management is not great and wish that we had a connected parking garage.

Good Law Student Living

Quite a few law students live here. It's only a block from SLU Law so that's nice. It's brand new with updated appliances. A bit on the pricier side of rent, but I think it's worth it.

Front Page Lofts

Brand new apartment with brand new appliances. Very good quality. A few issues with management not being available for utility repairs in a timely manner; however, they do get repairs done. Not great communication from the property manager. Overall, a great and convenient place to live while attending SLU Law
