I like the apartment

I like the duplex! Just be aware that amenities (aka gym, roof access, common space) are not included in the rent and, after living through a winter, these walls could be better insulated.

Overall pretty good :)

- Close to campus
- Affordable
- No issues with cleanliness or apartment utilities (stoves, lights, heater, etc. all work)
- Window insulation is not great
- Very well situated public transport-wise
