Terrible location
The graduate housing itself is good, but it's location is terrible. It is so far from the main campus. And it gets super boring as there are no nearby shops after 9 pm catering to student lifestyle

Generally Acceptable
Kitchen is actively usable, and has space for several people's worth of dishes while still having counter space for cooking (though not enough for multiple people cooking at once). Rooms are basic, but large enough for necessities. Toilet is perpetually on the verge of being clogged, unfortunately, and unable to fully flush three-four days per month on average.

Awesome on campus 4 bedroom housing
An apartment with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms is a good option for friends. The large in house area allows a large kitchen and dining area. This is great especially during quarantine time. The gardens and playgrounds around Mesa Nueva, Nuevo West, and East and beautifully designed and perfect for walks. Food trucks, Regents pizza are great pluses.
