The Cove

I enjoy living at this apartment. The location being so close to Scottsville Rd means that most everything is very close; however, it is a bit further from school than other options and traffic can be terrible on this side of town, especially in the evenings. The apartments are nice but some of the construction material are cheap and we hear our upstairs neighbors and the car wash outside pretty clearly and regularly. The management here is great and hosts fun events for the residents. They always respond in a timely manner to maintenance requests. There have been issues with the community members not caring for amenities causing the pool to be shut down and not picking up after their dogs which can be problematic. Management tries to remedy these issues but there are few employees and it seems they have a difficult time controlling these issues.

The Cove has everything you need in terms of amenities and the units are very nice, spacious, and newly renovated. It is in a great location with gas, groceries, Greenwood Mall, and other stores very close by, but it is a little further from the school than some other apartments (~12-15 minutes). Since it is a new complex, there are still some kinks being worked out/finishing touches at the Clubhouse being done, but I imagine those will be resolved by the end of 2022.
