The other tenants here cause a plethora of problems ranging from not cleaning up after their pets inside or outside to disruptive domestic disputes. Very unsafe community.

No one should live here. The tenants are the worst people and the walls are paper thin.

Pet friendly, quick maintenance team, clean, mostly quiet, plenty of parking, fire alarms go off frequently, a lot of construction.

The police are frequently called due to insane neighbors. The neighborhood is sketchy and there is poor lighting outside. People do not clean up after their pets outside or inside. The "gym" has been under maintenance for over a month. The building itself smells of animal pee and cigarette smoke. The walls are so thin that you can hear every and I mean every conversation your neighbor has. The water is also frequently shut off due to "maintenance". This is the worst place I have ever lived and I would not recommend it to anyone. The tenants are some of the most uneducated, disrespectful, and inconsiderate people in Rhode Island. Security is negative with frequent stealing of packages. Management's solution was to not allow tenants to receive packages.

I have an exterior unit, so, my area is quiet. Inside units are loud and older.

Management company literallt doesn’t care . Nothing gets fixed until you bypass property managers and email corporate with complaint.

Lots of foot traffic and loitering in parking lot. Lock car doors . Less than mile from new plaza in Fall River . Everything you need is close.

Overall, if you mind your business and pay your rent, you’ll like it. You can make your space comfy.
