Radnor Preserve

The apartments are spacious. They all have balconies. They have an outdoor community area that is super nice with grills, tables, lighting, corn hole, and fire pits. They have parking spots that is included in the rent and guests can park anywhere. It is in a super safe area as it is right behind the police station. It is quiet as well as it is the last building on the road so there is not any noisy traffic. The Radnor Trial is connected to the property making it easy access to go on a nice walk/run on a well kept trail. Management and maintenance has been great. There is an Amazon Hub for your packages as well.

It is a very nice and quiet place, yet still close to campus. It's the best of both worlds.

Radnor Preserve is hidden away on a non-outlet road, thus providing amazing privacy, and is right next to a police station so safety is never an issue. Amenities are great.

The only downside is that there is no in-house gym, but they give a 1 year membership to Edge fitness or 3 month membership to AFC Fitness.

Management has a phone number you can text, they are extremely quick to respond and easy to contact. I have used their maintenance team twice and both times my issue was fixed quickly.

There is a porch on I believe all apartments, they are not huge but just enough to use.

A lot of outlets, it's great.

The bedroom is rug, everything else is wood. In the 1BR apartments they have 1.5 bathrooms.

Many renters have animals, namely dogs, and the radnor trail is right behind the apartment accessible by walking. It's a 5 second walk to the trail.

Not walkable to anything but the trail and police station, plus a field where there's a little league baseball team.
