Overlook apartments
Management is on top of everything, the place is very safe and clean. Never had any problems at the apartment. The place is very quiet to study. I would recommend the apartment.

Great Experience
My experience at the Overlook has been great. While it is a little pricier, the complex is safe, and the staff is amazing. I would recommend the Overlook to any of my friends!

Good
Definitely a good apartment! The complex is nice and well kept, staff is friendly, they fixed stuff right away, and it’s in a good area of town. It’s a bit more expensive than what I wish to be paying though.

Great place besides office managers
I enjoy living at The Overlook. They have good amenities including a pool, gym, and secure mail room. Parking is free unless you want a garage space. I haven’t had any issue with noise. It is also very large for a one-bedroom unit. Maintenance usually completes any work orders within a day or two depending on urgency of the issue. The property manager/office workers can be a bit rude, but I’ve only interacted with them twice in the year I’ve lived here.

The Overlook
Overall positive experience. The location is convenient and feels safe. Value for money could be better. Apartments are basic but well maintained.

Expensive and Nosy
The apartment complex and units themselves are nice enough, but the managers and maintenance personnel pry a little too much. I’ve got maintenance peeking in my windows on more than one occasion. I solved this issue by putting a peel and stick cling film on all windows - which, in and of itself, is insane.
Rent is also outrageous and has gone up every year I have lived here. I will not be renewing my lease.

Overlook Review
The Overlook is nicely located right off of Wanamaker and close to both restaurants and a Walmart. It is under 15 minutes away from school, and the drive there and back is not difficult. While many families live in the complex, I find that I enjoy living here alone and feel safe. I have had no issues with noise level or major problems with the apartment.
