Cheap with utilities?
Likes: cheap (825 to start); management company is ok; quiet; safe; central location; utilities included; big closet; kitchen is gigantic (could be good or bad, I don't really cook so it's a waste); parking; cute mailboxes; walking distance to stuff
Dislikes: nearly impossible to move any furniture due to stair configuration; attic-type space so gets really hot and really cold; no laundry on premises; too small for me but maybe ok for someone with less crap; shower is the worst & bathroom is tiny; cheap shades & other fixtures; wall material is weak & doesn't hold some hanging furniture well; no one ever cleans entryway area but that also means I've taken it over with my stuff and no one complains; neutral: above a law firm/business so might be a consideration for someone, they don't bother me
