The Vineyards

We have lived at the Vineyards for about a year and a half now. I live with two other law students, and we have cats. The Vineyards has been a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly, the responses are prompt, and it's a really nice area overall. It's only a 10 minute drive to downtown Concord. However, the parking situation kind of sucks, especially in the winter. We have a garage and a driveway, but 3 cars between us. In the winter, there's an overnight street parking ban. There are parking spaces throughout the complex, but they are often taken by cars without Vineyards parking decals. It can get a little frustrating trying to park at those times. Another issue we've run into is the rent increase of over $100 this year, but that is understandable given the housing market. The last issue is a spider problem we were dealing with in our basement after bringing in Christmas decor. We were left to deal with that on our own since it was technically our fault, but had no help with the actual infestation in the basement.

Quiet family neighborhood

Our neighbors have welcomed us since we moved in. They aren’t used to having students living there, but say we are representing UNH well. They handle requests in a timely manner. Only complaint is that parking is difficult in the winter, as you can’t park on the street and there are limited spots available.
