Vintage at Emory Road

This has been a great apartment to live at! It’s a great price for a luxury apartment and is only 15 minutes from school!

I love living here, I live with a roommate and we have a larger floorplan which makes our apartment a little more expensive than some of the others, but the apartments range from 1-3 bedrooms so it has a lot of options no matter what a person would prefer. I made the same amount of rent when living downtown and we had a much much smaller apartment and the area was not nearly as safe!

Getting hold of the maintenance team/leasing office is super easy and stress free with their app. You can also stop by the office during business hours, (M-F 8:30a-5:30p, Sat 10a-4p, Sun: closed), which i feel are very reasonable. Mailboxes are by the office, if the package wont fit, it gets delivered to the office where they send an email notifying residents. The office is very good to reply to questions, schedule tours, provide floorplans, etc.
Appliances are new, granite-looking countertops, full-sized washer/dryer. Sunroom options (rent slightly higher because more living space) or patio/porch options. Apartment is very spacious, furniture not included in unit. I have a queen sized bed and desk fitting comfortably in the master bedroom (with ensuite full bathroom). There is lots of storage closets/pantries in the common area and in the bedrooms. This is a gated community with "clickers" (similar to garage-door remote) to enter via vehicle. the gates are supposed to close after each vehicle, but they remain open much longer. Guests can be given a code which calls the resident to grant access. there is plenty of parking for residents, but mostly in the front areas, while the most buildings are in the back due to the pool in the front.

I love living at Vintage! I have a sunroom, so I get lots of sun. The pool and gym are also great! There are big grills by the pools and seating in the really shallow end. The gym overlooks the pool, which is nice. We have a dog park and a free car wash (soap and vacuum included)! The closets are somewhat big walk-ins too, so lots of room for clothes! Rent is kind of expensive, but I feel that it's very worth it.

I have really enjoyed living here. It is far enough away from all the traffic but close enough to have options for places to eat out. Management has been so great about helping us get in the specific floor plan we want to be in and making sure the complex it kept up. If you are a pet owner this is a great place to be. There is plenty of space to walk and a dog park in the complex.
