The Orchard Cottages

My time at The Orchard has been very pleasant. It is technically student housing but gives you the opportunity to live in a house/half a house if there are 2 beds. I feel, after living there, that it was the best cost, accommodations, and location (located a 1-2 minute drive from UTMC) that I could have possibly lived. The orchard has a pool for residents as well as free parking for you and guests. Being able to have an upstairs and downstairs made it feel more like a home.
