East Rock Apt
Spacious, two level apartment (floors 2 and 3 of a 3 story building) for a good price in a great neighborhood (East Rock).
Close to I-91 ; 15 minutes to school.
House is old ( ~1900), and has not been updated much. This doesn't bother us, but may be a problem for other people.
Large windows, tons of sunlight, ceiling fans in most rooms.
Many other Netter students live in the neighborhood which is convenient.
It gets a little cold in the winter, however part of the heating unit was recently replaced so we are hoping for a warmer winter in 2020-2021.
