Huge house, fairly cheap, just a bit old
Management is a bit slow to respond to some maintenance requests, but they've been great about responding to true emergencies. The place is a steal at 1000 each for a whole house, attic, basement, large yard, off-street parking, and all the niceties that come with a house. It's an old house so it can be expensive to heat/air-condition.

Pricy but decent house!
While the rent is a bit above what I would usually spend, getting the space, good neighborhood, close to a grocery store, and close to the highways is a big plus! Our landlord is fair and always hears our concerns, though can be slow to send someone to repair small things (responds URGENTLY if something significant happens).
Best bet for this house would be to have 2 people in the master bedroom and 1 person in each remaining single, splitting the $3000 total into a more manageable $750. That being said, fridge space is limited, and an extra fridge would be recommended as well.
