Poor management
Though nice apartments in a great location, management is unbearable. They never answer phone calls or emails. Some prior tenants security deposits have not been returned despite moving out 3 months ago, and they have been unable to get in touch with management. I did not receive mail for the first 11 months living here and the elevators are frequently broken (and for up to 2 weeks at a time).

Worst living experience
Raised my rent for next year by $1200. Elevators frequently break (up to 3 weeks). Just started receiving mail after 11 months without it. I have never talked to someone from management despite daily phone calls and weekly emails. Tenants have stopped paying rent and are squatting.

Good value, great location
Great location close to many restaurants and shops. Grocery stores like Trader Joe’s in less than half a mile away. Easy access to train both to airport and local trains as well as buses. Apartments are renovated and are a good value given low price but the heating/air frequently has issues and management can be slow to respond.
