Mixed Bag
When you have to deal with management things aren't great, but you don't have to interact with them often. Maintenence is usually prompt.

Great Price Good Shopping
When I moved in, the carpet was brand new and I have both a washer and dryer in my unit. There are lots of restaurants and a couple of grocery stores within about a block walk from where I live. Things are fairly quiet here, but there are a lot of families with small children. This is also a fairly diverse part of town with several of my neighbors being dark-complexioned and others speaking what I believe to be Chinese. Some things are lacking such as good weather striping and the summer energy efficiency is terrible with it costing $150/mo to keep it at 85F in the day and 74F at night. Winter is much better with the total costs for gas and electric only being around $100/mo.
