Great little townhomes by Hyvee and only 5ish minutes from campus, being right by Hyvee is also very helpful for groceries, there are busses nearby and its a very reasonable rate for a 2bed 2 bath townhome. It is quiet and

Good place with convenient access to shopping

The property is well taken care of and maintenance is quick to respond. Good price for what you get if you have a roommate. It can get a bit loud since the Hy-Vee loading dock is across the street, but there's incredibly convenient access to a grocery store, a couple of restaurants, liquor stores, hair and cosmetic salons. However, you will be solely responsible for spraying for bugs and the internet, while free, is wireless only. The temperature probe for the AC and heater is in the lower floor, so there are some occasional temperature imbalances depending on the time of year.
