Great location
If you want to live in an area that is suburban yet walkable, Hyde Park/Oakley is the place. With lots to do you are basically steps from either square or a complex filled with shops and restaurants. I will say my apartment in particular is very cozy, but a downside is the building is rather old and there are window units. Management is always super responsive, I've never had an issue.
