Parcels at Concourse Review
I enjoy living here!

Parcels at Concourse is the best place!
I have only had a great experience living at Parcels at Concourse. The leasing office agents, maintenance, and staff are so friendly and have only made the experience better. It is well-maintained and clean, there is so much security, and the community here is amazing. Highly recommend!

I love my Concourse
Very safe! Great study spaces! There’s a YMCA gym, an urgent care, food places and many more

Crosstown living
overall, pretty good place to live very near campus. Apartments are all very nice inside and most importantly, I feel very safe living in Crosstown. Crosstown is a convenient place to live in regards to having access to food, restaurants etc downstairs.
My only negative review is that I had issues with a loud/creepy neighbor and Crosstown management was not very responsive or helpful with the issue. I ended up breaking my lease a month early partly due to this.

Parcels at Concourse
My roommate (who is also an M1) and I absolutely love living here! It's a convenient 5 minute drive to campus, and there is always security roaming around in building and the parking garage. There are also convenient food options, a grocery store, and gym in the building.

Love this apartment
Concourse was designed to be a building community you would never have to leave. In addition to super quiet apartments, the area offers a move theater, multiple restaurants, a pharmacy, a YMCA, bars, a convenience store, a bank, and more. It had multiple study options and great places to meet up with people. I have an apartment under the LITEC agreement which unfortunately just ended, but the apartments are definitely big enough and worth splitting the price with a roommate.

Industrial Community Apartments
So far my experience has been a good one! Maintenance has been prompt and helpful, even going above our service request to replace light bulbs that had recently burnt out. Management is super helpful and nice. My only complaint about living at Crosstown so far is that our apartment only has one window, which is in the living room. I love natural light so it's a little disappointing that the bedrooms do not have access to natural light
