It's alright
It has been interesting. The area alone is not the best, BUT it is gated. The gate has been broken and broken often over the last 3 years that I lived there, but it always gets fixed. The office is very responsive to small issues, but it is a bigger problem they needed frequent reminders. I have never had any issues with the area or the apartment, but I recommend living on the 3rd floor and having things like a security bar for your door. There is security on the property 24/7. All cities have their issues, and the zip code can only change so much.
