Don't let the cheap rent fool you

My wife and I moved from out of state and didn't have the luxury to visit apartments. This place met all of our needs for a lower overall cost which excited us. This apartment is old and half the apartment flooded two separate times within 60 days of living here as a result of maintenance neglect. All of this happened as school started so we were unable to move and are stuck in an apartment that never responds to maintenance requests. It is also a pretty far drive from campus and traffic can be brutal during rush hour times. It is located near multiple locations of HQs for companies that recruit on campus for internship/full time employment
