Spacious but old apartments at low price in Cleveland Heights
We have really enjoyed living in this apartment! It is really spacious and there is plenty of storage space, which is fantastic. However, it is an older building and so there aren't some modern amenities like air conditioning or dishwashers, and occasional issues with mice. For us, the low price and extra space, which also includes a 2 car garage and a free storage unit on the premises, has been more than worth it to forego some of the amenities. The mice issue has been solved with traps and buying a cat. The maintenance staff is good at fixing things, but they tend to take a long time to address any issues. Pets are allowed at no extra cost.

Lots of space, old but nice building
The building is pretty old but it’s well-maintained. The location is great, right on two bus lines and across the street from a grocery store and some popular restaurants/bars. The apartments are really big with lots of space and a really generous pet policy, but don’t have some modernizations like air conditioning or elevators. The landlords are really nice and responsive to any problems and are pretty flexible with move in dates and things like that.

Solid, family-owned apartment building
I have been living here for 3 years and have had very few complaints. The building is in a good location in the Cedar-Fairmount area (close to restaurants and a grocery store) and management is typically very responsive.

Good apartment close to necessities
The apartment is located in the Cedar-Fairmount area, which is great for those looking to be close to school but also close to things like bars, restaurants, and a grocery store. Maintenance response can be a bit spotty but they generally accomplish the tasks that are needed. It is an older apartment so things like small leaks can be expected.

Great location
The apartment is wonderfully spacious, comfortable to be in, and located within walking distance from the school, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store. The owners a pretty response, although maintenance could always be more so. Overall, a very pleasant living experience.

Great location close to school
My experience with this apartment has been overall positive. Most of the residents are either in school or working full time, so there's no need to worry about partying undergrads. The location is close to school at a 15-20 minute walk. The Cedar-Fairmount area is also great as it includes several places to eat and a grocery store. Management is very responsive but their maintenance staff may or may not be.

Would not recommend Rich Management
I lived in this apartment during my first year and moved when my lease was up. Pros: affordable, large one bedroom apartment, Cons: not well maintained, took a while to get things fixed. The largest con was that in the winter due to the heaviness of the snow and the poor maintenance on the building's roof, the ceiling in my kitchen caved in. I believe if the ceiling had been fixed immediately when I called attention to the leak, the cave-in could have been avoided. For this reason, I would not recommend this apartment.
